About the role

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Enterprise Account Executive to define and direct the technical strategy for largest Oil, Gas, and Energy accounts, leading to wider adoption of ML & AI.
  • Act as the main technical voice for Databricks with multiple clients.
  • Lead customers on a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks.
  • Implement technical strategy in accounts.
  • Build a movement of technical champions within accounts.
  • Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
  • Provide structured mentorship for other team members.
  • Establish virtual teams and lead them to success within accounts.
  • Form relationships with executives and influencers.
  • Present convincing points-of-view to decision-makers.
  • Drive data-driven business transformation and change with data.

Requirements

  • Successful track record helping large enterprises become more data-driven.
  • Experience in value selling, technical account management, and technical leadership.
  • Experience working very large (> $1M ARR), global accounts.
  • Technical proficiency in big data, data science, and cloud.
  • Ability in data-driven business transformation.
  • Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala or Java.
  • Proficiency at establishing and leading virtual teams.

  • Databricks Certification.
