Summary

Provide best-in-class support to Payor Partner Clinicians and Clients via calls, chats, and emails. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and bugs while maintaining high-quality service in a remote contact center environment.

About the role

Responsibilities

  • Answering live calls, chats and emails from clinicians and clients
  • Collaborating with other teams within Customer Operations to help solve roadblocks for stakeholders
  • Working with the RCM and Engineering teams to find resolutions to bugs and billing issues
  • Meeting with supervisor to discuss performance opportunities, feedback and set performance goals

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support (healthcare billing a plus)
  • At least 1 year of experience assisting customers over the phone, via live chat, and email support
  • Experience with and knowledge of health insurance/billing
  • Intermediate level of technical understanding
  • Experience working with large databases and multiple tools simultaneously
  • Ability to easily pivot and multitask
  • Ability to adapt to an ever changing environment
  • High output, high quality individual with very high attention to detail
  • Desire to work in a contact center environment
  • Take initiative and have a can do attitude towards investigating and solving problems
  • Naturally empathetic individual
  • Stay cool, calm and collected under intense interactions
  • Consultative and empathetic attitude
