Solutions Architect II
Partner with Account Executives and CSMs to drive new business and expansion in the law firm segment. Lead technical discovery, demos, POVs, and RFx responses while serving as the product and technical expert for ediscovery workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Client Engagement
- Serve as the primary technical resource for AEs and CSMs across the commercial sales cycle
- Lead discovery conversations with law firm and corporate prospects to understand their ediscovery, investigations, and review workflows
- Translate needs into a clear technical narrative for Everlaw
Demonstrations & Technical Deep-Dives
- Prepare and deliver polished platform demos tailored to specific use cases and audiences
- Conduct AI feature demos and technical deep-dives for diverse audiences ranging from technical power users to executive stakeholders
Proof of Value (POV) Execution
- Plan and execute standard commercial POVs
- Define success criteria with input from AE and SA leadership
- Manage day-to-day evaluation logistics, lead user trainings, troubleshoot issues
- Keep multiple stakeholders aligned to a clear plan and timeline
RFx & Technical Writing Support
- Contribute to RFP, RFI, and security questionnaire responses in partnership with Proposals Specialist and Security & Trust teams
Product Feedback & Field Insights
- Build and maintain working knowledge of Everlaw's roadmap
- Contribute structured field feedback from prospect and customer interactions to inform future product direction
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, customer success, marketing, security & trust, legal, and product teams
- Support deal strategy, joint pursuits, and post-sale handoffs
- Build trust with internal partners and informally support newer SAs and adjacent team members
Continuous Learning
- Stay current on commercial ediscovery trends and competitive landscape (Relativity, DISCO, Reveal, Logikcull, etc.)
- Track the evolving role of generative AI in legal workflows
- Bring insights into client conversations
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ediscovery with hands-on end user and/or administrative experience on at least one major platform (Everlaw, Relativity, DISCO, Reveal, Logikcull, or similar)
- Willing to travel up to ~25% to support sales efforts, client onsites, POVs, and AI Labs
- Prior experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or comparable client-facing technical role, or demonstrated track record from adjacent seat (advanced CS, litigation support, ediscovery practice lead)
- Solid command of core ediscovery processes (EDRM, processing, review, productions, analytics)
- Developing fluency in standard law firm litigation workflows
- Working understanding of corporate legal workflows (legal holds, internal investigations, regulatory response) as secondary coverage area
- Excellent communicator: clear and structured in demos and presentations, able to engage technical buyers and end users
- Organized and process-oriented; comfortable managing multiple concurrent opportunities, POVs, and RFx workstreams
- Takes ownership, escalates appropriately, looks for process improvements
- Enjoys cross-functional collaboration with AEs, CSMs, security & trust, legal, marketing, and product partners
Nice-to-Haves / Platform Expertise
- Experience with Everlaw's generative AI capabilities (Deep Dive, Storybuilder, Writing Assistant, Review Assistant), analytics, processing, and review
- Knowledge of competitive ediscovery platforms
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary: $140,000
- Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000 (performance-based commission)

Solutions Engineer - Commercial (Expansion Sales)
Partner with Account Executives to drive new Commercial business through technical discovery, solution architecture, demos, and POCs. Requires 4+ years customer-facing SE experience in networking/security software plus strong fundamentals in zero-trust, IAM, and cloud platforms.
Senior Implementation Engineer
Serve as primary technical contact for healthcare customers, leading onboarding, integration, and ongoing support. Requires 3+ years implementation experience and full-stack skills in React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Embedded Solutions Engineer
Lead end-to-end technical implementations and automation solutions for large enterprise healthcare customers. Requires 3-5 years SaaS delivery experience, strong API and systems integration skills, and the ability to manage complex technical projects.
Enterprise Embedded Solutions Engineer
Lead enterprise-scale implementations and automation solutions for large health systems. Own end-to-end delivery from discovery through go-live while acting as a technical advisor to senior stakeholders.
