Responsibilities
- Architect and safeguard mission-critical ecosystems: lead design of new high-impact web applications and steward Tier-0 services (Fleet Management, Auth, Core APIs) for resilience and high availability.
- Engineer scalable web infrastructure: evolve front-end infrastructure and cloud platform using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and scalable database architectures for Web-to-Edge bridge.
- Mastery of React and Three.js ecosystems: drive technical excellence in React and modern front-end architecture for complex, data-heavy control systems.
- End-to-end technical autonomy: own major initiatives from whiteboarding to production and define long-term architectural roadmap.
- Cross-functional leadership and mentorship: act as technical anchor, translate customer needs into designs, conduct design reviews, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in large scale web application development.
- Proficiency using AI coding tools.
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent or higher degree in computer science and engineering.
- Expert knowledge in modern programming languages such as C++, Golang, Python, Java.
- Expert knowledge in large-scale distributed systems and data pipelines.
- Strong communication, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation
- Salary range: $232,800 - $349,200 per year (midpoint $291,000, adjusted for location).
