About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of project plans, including technical design and material specifications. Ensure alignment with budgets and schedules.
  • Contribute to design and specification of electrical systems for large-scale power projects, including power generation equipment, transformers, low/medium/high-voltage cabling and wiring.
  • Develop and review technical documentation, engineering drawings, and specifications for production-ready designs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, local/national codes, and global regulations.
  • Manage procurement of specialized electrical equipment, coordinating with vendors on quality and lead times.
  • Oversee installation and commissioning of electrical systems at field locations domestically and internationally.
  • Participate in project status meetings and provide technical communication to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in industrial environments, preferably power generation and distribution.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, power systems, control systems, and electrical safety standards.
  • Experience with electrical equipment design, procurement, and installation.
  • Familiarity with industry codes and regulations (e.g., NEC).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25% or as required.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Professional Engineer License.
  • Experience with renewable energy technologies.
  • Familiarity with SCADA systems and data acquisition.

Compensation

  • Salary range: $179,000 - $205,000 + Bonus.
  • Restricted Stock Units included.
