Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers, engineers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to shape solutions for real-world challenges
- Develop key features and workflows for products that improve patient access to medical technologies
- Use data insights to identify product enhancements, address performance issues, and uncover new opportunities
- Influence team processes and culture to improve how the team works
- Explore and adopt new tools and technologies to improve scalability and speed
- Mentor junior engineers and help them grow
- Build using agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) and push boundaries of agentic development
Requirements
- 5+ years as a software engineer working on product domains
- Full stack proficiency with TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL or other relational databases, BigQuery, and Google Cloud services (or equivalent technologies)
- Strong customer focus and ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment
- Curious mindset with eagerness to learn and work with latest technologies
- Team player who leads with empathy and by example
- Must have eligible work permit in the USA
