Senior Product Manager
Lead product initiatives for enterprise clients, translating ambiguous business needs into AI-powered solutions. Own discovery, delivery, stakeholder relationships, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced hybrid NYC environment.
What You’ll Do
Discovery & Scoping: Lead concise, high-impact workshops that surface true business needs, define success metrics, and craft phased, right-sized scopes.
Project Stewardship: Build and own delivery timelines and OKRs, run stand-ups, clear blockers, coordinate directly with engineering teams to advance outcomes, and escalate early to keep work on track.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary product point of contact for strategic enterprise clients, nurturing executive relationships and ensuring alignment.
AI-Enabled Solution Design: Combine client context with Invisible’s AI toolkit to architect solutions using classical automation, GenAI, and human-in-the-loop approaches.
Continuous Improvement: Document playbooks, mentor new analysts/PMs, and feed insights back into Invisible’s product and sales teams.
What We Need
Required:
- 5+ years in product management, solution consulting, or comparable delivery roles.
- Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous problems into shipped products or pilots.
- Proven success managing enterprise client relationships.
- High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills.
- Extremely high level of personal ownership, entrepreneurial drive, and independence.
- Adaptable, resilient, curious, ambitious, coachable, low ego critical thinker.
- Comfortable in a high rate-of-change, evolving, ambiguous environment.
- Working knowledge of software architecture, APIs, and data flows; curiosity about GenAI.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Notion, Asana).
- Experience working in highly matrixed, enterprise organizations across multiple stakeholders.
- Authorization to work in the US and willingness to travel.
- Ability to work in-person, in-office in NYC 4 days per week.
Nice-to-have:
- Deep experience deploying AI/ML solutions in enterprise or regulated environments (e.g., financial services).
- Experience advising and partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Prior success scaling hybrid vendor-client teams or launching joint-venture initiatives.
- Prior experience working in financial services or related industries.

- Salary Range: $163,000—$211,000 USD
