Senior Product Manager - AI Clinical Tools
Own vision and roadmap for AI clinical tooling that gives Sprinter Health clinicians superpowers at the point of care. Build omnimodal AI systems, agentic workflows, and decision support tools working with Sprinter Labs and front-line teams.
What you will do
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for automation across Sprinter Health’s technology and operations stack
- Build full stack AI products from foundation model translation to agentic flow orchestration, point of care decision support, and monitoring/evaluation
- Interface with patients, front-line Sprinters, cross-functional teams, leadership, and executive sponsors at partner clients
- Serve as an internal domain expert on AI and clinical tooling; team leadership opportunities available based on experience
What you have done
- 5+ years of product management experience with strong background in AI-driven product development or clinical tooling
- Experience deploying AI products, automation, or ML-driven solutions in healthcare, logistics, or operations-heavy environments
- Ability to understand and optimize complex clinical workflows while balancing tech-enablement, patient impact, and clinician satisfaction
- Track record of robust experimentation and data-driven product development at scale
- Comfort thriving in fast-paced environments and collaborating across team needs
