Senior Motion Designer
Lead motion design from concept through delivery for product videos, social, and events. Own pre-production, build motion systems, and leverage AI tools in a fully remote B2B SaaS environment.

- Own the full pre-production process: concepting and storyboarding ideas into clear motion beats before a single frame is animated.
- Translate complex or technical concepts into short, clear stories that a broad audience can understand and remember.
- Deliver motion assets formatted for web — optimized outputs, appropriate file formats, and clear handoff specs.
- Contribute to event assets for live conferences — main stage visuals, screen content, ambient loops, and branded motion moments.
- Edit video footage into polished, on-brand deliverables.
- Build and extend Lumin’s motion design system: principles, behaviors, and templates that establish consistency.
- Present work clearly to non-designers and bring stakeholders along with well-communicated creative rationale.
- Actively explore and apply animation and AI tools in the motion workflow — including tools like Jitter, Cavalry, Runway, Adobe Firefly Video, and Pika.
- Support digital design needs including presentations in Google Slides and select marketing assets in Figma.
