Senior Manager, Product Lead
Leads a team of PMs building AI-powered features for a litigation discovery platform, defines multi-year product strategy, drives execution, and ensures customer needs are met through data-driven decisions and cross-functional partnerships. Requires 7+ years PM experience including 3+ years managing PM teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead Product Strategy, Vision & Execution: Work with your team to define and own a multi-year strategy and roadmap aligned with company priorities and customer needs.
- Build a First-Class AI Product Experience: Guide PMs in ensuring our AI feature set is best in class for the dynamically evolving legal AI space. Develop a deep understanding of the market, competitive landscape, and user behavior to inform prioritization decisions.
- Develop Product Talent: Lead and elevate a team of 3–6 product managers, fostering a culture of sharp analytical thinking and product excellence. Drive their success through clear feedback, mentorship and bespoke growth plans.
- Elevate Product Craft: Model disciplined, critical use of AI across the full product development lifecycle, and develop AI-augmented ways of working.
- Scale and Drive Team Accountability: Grow the team through intentional hiring and operational refinement, while setting clear expectations and upholding values.
- Drive Cross-Functional Excellence: Partner with design, product development, and go-to-market teams. Identify R&D-wide process gaps and lead improvements.
- Model People Leadership: Lead, motivate and influence others across your team and the business. Serve as a senior PM stakeholder in leadership forums.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years managing teams of product managers
- Proven track record of defining product strategy and connecting it to measurable business outcomes
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to uncover underlying business drivers
- Experience shipping products at scale in a fast-paced environment for sophisticated users and complex workflows (enterprise, B2B SaaS, data-heavy, or regulated domains)
- Experience building or managing ML or LLM-powered products
- Excellent people and project management skills; process-driven with the ability to communicate complex concepts
- A strategic leader with a deep obsession for product craft and detail
Compensation
- Base salary: $217,000 - $275,000

Own vision, roadmap, and GTM for agentic AI products that help retailers recover margin by tackling out-of-stocks, shrink, waste, and fulfillment. Requires 6+ years PM experience with 3+ years shipping AI/ML products to enterprise customers.
