About the role

What You'll Be Working On

Cross-Functional Company Initiatives

  • Lead high-priority initiatives that connect the dots across energy, infrastructure, cloud, and SG&A, focused on driving cross-functional alignment and business outcomes.

M&A Integration Playbook

  • Help build Crusoe’s M&A integration muscle (the playbooks and frameworks we’ll reuse across every deal)
  • Lead end-to-end integration execution for active transactions, coordinating across product, finance, legal, people, engineering, and ops
  • Translate deal intent into operational reality so the strategic rationale behind each acquisition is reflected in how we integrate the business

Analysis & Insights

  • Structure ambiguous problems, synthesize data from across the business, and deliver actionable recommendations to executive leadership

Operating Rhythm and Process Improvement

  • Design and roll out operational frameworks and processes that improve how Crusoe plans, makes decisions, and executes

Ad-Hoc Projects

  • Step into ambiguous, high-stakes projects that will help move the needle on our business; define the problem, structure the work, and drive to outcome
