Senior Consultant 2, Analytics
Leads Google Analytics 4 360 and Google Tag Manager implementations for enterprise clients, analyzes data for insights, manages projects, and mentors team members. Requires bachelor's degree, hands-on GA4 experience, data visualization skills, and strong client communication.
Responsibilities
- Tactically and strategically complete implementations of Google Analytics using Google Tag Manager or other tag management systems for clients with minimal oversight, leading client engagements from the implementation and analysis perspective.
- Digest client implementations and data to determine conclusions or methods for solutions.
- Lead larger clients and projects, connecting various moving parts to other technical solutions or tools.
- Interact with clients with a proactive approach, thinking of other tools or solutions as needed and ensuring there’s always another project to consider next and all tactical pieces fit into a larger growth strategy to advance the clients' digital maturity.
- Spearhead assigned tasks, rarely requiring assistance to complete deliverables.
- Participate in team interviews and make recommendations as to the hiring of new team members and the advancement of current team members.
Experience
- Proven hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 360 and Google Tag Manager and one or more equivalent tools (Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, Tealium, etc).
- Project management and technical analytics implementation experience.
- Proven client communication skills, leading projects and acting as the main point of contact.
- Data visualization (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI or similar platforms).
- Experience working with other technical marketing platforms (e.g., Experimentation (e.g. A/B testing), Website Architecture, Customer Data Platforms (Segment, Tealium), Mobile Apps, Consent Management) and / or cloud data platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) is a strong plus.
- Experience working with a Google partner consultancy that resells GA360/GMP licenses and services is a strong plus.
- Experience in similar platforms such as Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Tealium Tag Management System is a strong plus.
Compensation
Base salary: $95,000 to $110,000 per year. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
Senior Data Analyst
Senior Data Analyst driving customer insights and competitive intelligence strategy. Designs rigorous analyses translating customer feedback and market trends into product roadmap decisions. Partners with Product and Engineering leadership on data product strategy.
Support Operations Data Analyst
Own analytics for User Operations at Harvey, building dashboards and reports on cSAT, TTR, QA, and AI-driven support metrics. Requires 3-5 years analytics experience with 2+ years in support ops, strong SQL, and dashboarding skills.
