Regional Marketing - West
Regional Marketing Manager driving enterprise awareness and consideration through virtual and in-person field events. Requires 7+ years B2B SaaS field marketing experience and strong sales collaboration to generate pipeline.
Responsibilities
- US travel required >50% of the time (will decrease as team grows)
- Collaborate closely with sales management, product marketing, field sales, and developer advocacy to design and execute integrated field events that support business objectives
- Translate demand generation strategies into impactful events by working with engineering, product, and sales leaders to develop content and promotional strategies
- Work with external partners and third-party organizations to co-host events, webinars, and joint marketing initiatives
- Manage the entire event lifecycle including contracts, planning, logistics, and on-the-ground execution for trade shows, conferences, hosted events, and webinars
- Develop comprehensive event campaigns including audience segmentation, promotional tactics, and follow-up strategies
- Track and analyze performance of field marketing campaigns and events, using insights to refine strategies
- Maintain detailed event calendar and identify new event opportunities
- Coordinate event logistics including materials, booth properties, graphics, and equipment
- Provide internal teams with guidance on event responsibilities and task assignments
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing or regional marketing within B2B SaaS space
- Bonus for experience in database or data analytics industries
- Demonstrated success in driving pipeline generation and increasing brand awareness
- Excellent project management skills for organizing and executing events at small and large scales
- Strong analytical skills to measure and report on marketing program effectiveness
- Experience working closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on objectives, messaging, and execution
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, remote-first environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Typical starting salary: $140,000–$200,000 USD (US Premium Markets: $160,000–$220,000)
