Regional Marketing - Central
Regional Marketing Manager driving awareness and pipeline for ClickHouse through field events, trade shows, and integrated campaigns. Requires 7+ years B2B SaaS field marketing experience and frequent US travel.
Responsibilities
- US travel required >50% of the time (will decrease as team grows)
- Collaborate closely with sales management, product marketing, field sales, and developer advocacy to design and execute integrated field events that support immediate and long-term business objectives
- Translate demand generation strategies into impactful events and experiences by working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, sales leaders) to develop content and promotional strategies that drive high attendance and engagement
- Work with external partners and third-party organizations to co-host events, webinars, and joint marketing initiatives to expand reach and strengthen market presence
- Manage the entire event lifecycle, including contracts, planning, logistics, and on-the-ground execution for trade shows, conferences, hosted events, and webinars
- Develop and implement comprehensive event campaigns covering audience segmentation, promotional tactics, and follow-up strategies for consistent lead generation and engagement
- Track and analyze performance of field marketing campaigns and events, using data insights to refine strategies
- Maintain detailed event calendar and identify new event opportunities aligning with marketing goals
- Coordinate all event logistics ensuring smooth delivery of materials, booth properties, graphics, promotional items, and equipment
- Provide internal teams with clear guidance on event responsibilities and task assignments
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing or regional marketing within B2B SaaS space (bonus for database or data analytics industry experience)
- Demonstrated success in driving pipeline generation and increasing brand awareness through field marketing efforts
- Excellent project management skills with experience organizing and executing events at both small and large scales
- Strong analytical skills with ability to measure and report on effectiveness of marketing programs
- Experience working closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on objectives, messaging, and campaign execution
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with comfort in ambiguity
Compensation & Benefits
- Typical starting salary: $140,000–$200,000 USD (US); $160,000–$220,000 USD (US Premium Markets)
