About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and validate the next major step forward for the Family OS
  • Shape a roadmap, prototype and validate ideas with customers
  • Work with design and engineers to bring ideas to life
  • Set the product vision: develop a deep understanding of the competition, the customer, and the ways Skylight can help families
  • Propose and validate new products
  • Own the product roadmap: define the roadmap and build features that benefit customers and impact KPIs
  • Ruthlessly prioritize features and scope a minimum lovable product
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams
  • Take features to market with smooth rollouts and high feature adoption
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and analyze data to understand users and product impact
  • Drive future developments and organize the team around strategy

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • Proven track record of building and owning impactful software products
  • Brimming with ideas, opinions and products that ought to be
  • Knack for finding novel insight
  • Endlessly curious and on the edge of how product works in the AI-era
  • Comfortable operating independently, spotting ambiguity and proposing solutions
  • Data analytics savvy and take a data-driven approach to building product
  • Great communicator who can simplify the complex
