About the role
Responsibilities
- Embed within product squad to oversee user experience from concept to launch and post-release improvements.
- Drive concepts and decisions aligned with revenue goals for Discord Quests.
- Present designs to build consensus and alignment.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Test, learn, and iterate with partners.
- Maintain and commit to design pattern library.
- Foster design culture within the team.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience designing and shipping web/app products for various devices/platforms.
- Experience or passion for combining business acumen, systems thinking, and design craft for advertising experiences.
- End-to-end design contributions in cross-functional teams, comfortable leading discussions.
- Strong collaboration, product thinking, vision, and data-driven iteration.
- High design craft and advanced Figma experience.

Compensation
US base salary: $160,000 - $180,000 + equity + benefits.
