Principal Product Manager, Insurance
Leads product strategy and development for AI-powered insurance claims platform, co-building with enterprise carriers and adjusters. Requires 7+ years PM experience in B2B/enterprise software, comfort with AI/ML, and strong customer collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive claims product strategy: shape the roadmap, identify opportunities, prioritize problems.
- Co-build with enterprise customers: spend time in the field with adjusters, carriers, and inspection teams to turn workflows into product insights.
- Ship and iterate fast across discovery and enterprise features.
- Define AI and capture experiences: work with ML and computer vision teams to create intuitive tools for mobile and web adjusters.
- Help build the end-to-end claims platform: ensure seamless workflows from first notice to final settlement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least a few years in enterprise or B2B software.
- Track record of shipping high-quality products fast in domains with real-world operational complexity.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers as a co-builder.
- Comfort with AI/ML products and engaging with technical tradeoffs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Insurance industry experience (claims, underwriting, or adjacent).
- Mobile product experience.
- Background in computer vision, field inspection software, or workflow automation.
