About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive claims product strategy: shape the roadmap, identify opportunities, prioritize problems.
  • Co-build with enterprise customers: spend time in the field with adjusters, carriers, and inspection teams to turn workflows into product insights.
  • Ship and iterate fast across discovery and enterprise features.
  • Define AI and capture experiences: work with ML and computer vision teams to create intuitive tools for mobile and web adjusters.
  • Help build the end-to-end claims platform: ensure seamless workflows from first notice to final settlement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least a few years in enterprise or B2B software.
  • Track record of shipping high-quality products fast in domains with real-world operational complexity.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers as a co-builder.
  • Comfort with AI/ML products and engaging with technical tradeoffs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Insurance industry experience (claims, underwriting, or adjacent).
  • Mobile product experience.
  • Background in computer vision, field inspection software, or workflow automation.

Compensation and Benefits
