About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Use no-code and AI tools to design and automate operational workflows: communication sequences, onboarding programs, and complex user lifecycle campaigns.
  • Build and maintain scalable systems that support advisor onboarding and activation.
  • Identify gaps in processes, propose solutions, and execute improvements quickly.
  • Manage daily operational processes and ensure advisor-facing trainings and resources run smoothly.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the advisor journey.
  • Stay organized in a fast-moving environment, balancing multiple projects and priorities.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience (including strong internship experience) in user lifecycle management, customer success, operations, or program management roles.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; confident diving into problems and seeing them through to resolution.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and precise, with a track record of catching what others miss.
  • Curious and adaptable — comfortable navigating ambiguity and picking up new tools without a lot of hand-holding.

Strongly Preferred

  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation, CRM, or customer communication tools — Zapier, Intercom, HubSpot, or similar. Demonstrated ability to learn new platforms quickly.
  • A track record of spotting manual or inefficient processes and owning the fix end-to-end.
  • Emotionally intelligent communicator who can build trust quickly with new users across email, Zoom, and in-person interactions.
  • Passion for supporting entrepreneurs.
  • Travel advising knowledge or interest in the travel industry.
