Member of GTM – Creators & UGC
Manages content creators, artists, and influencers to drive Liquid's social presence and growth through recruitment, campaigns, and performance analysis. Requires proven content creation track record and creator management experience, preferably in trading/crypto.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and swiftly onboard a portfolio of high-velocity creators, artists, and influencers who can authentically represent Liquid
- Build deep long-term relationships with creators, acting as their primary point of contact
- Design and run repeatable creator programs and campaigns that drive growth in signups, funded accounts, and volume
- Collaborate directly with product, design, and GTM to translate product launches and narratives into creator-ready concepts and briefs
- Analyze and record performance rigorously across channels, reporting what isn't working and what is, and where to double down
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful content creation, coupled with previous experience managing your own creators
Preferred
- Trading, crypto, founder, or finance background
- Proven track record of successful content creation (social, video, or other formats) with examples of work that performed meaningfully above baseline
- Experience managing or coordinating creators, agencies, or influencer programs, end-to-end
- Strong understanding of major social platforms, creator economics, and what makes content travel, whilst keeping up with trends
- Comfortable working with data and basic performance metrics to inform decisions
