What You'll Do

Define the Standard for Creator Performance: Act as the chief architect for how the industry quantifies creator marketing. Establish frameworks that integrate Agentio into Marketing Mix Models (MMM).

Become a Trusted Advisor: Partner with sophisticated marketers to design measurement strategies for incrementality, brand lift, and sales attribution.

Drive the Global Measurement Roadmap: Partner with Product and Engineering to build measurement suite based on client needs.

Establish the Agentio Intelligence Engine: Transform campaign data into market intelligence via meta-analyses and causal inference studies for Retail, CPG, and App-Gen verticals.

Scale the Practice: Develop operational standards, playbooks, and benchmarks.
The Profile

7–10+ years in marketing analytics, measurement science, or ad-tech consulting.

Deep expertise in MMM, Incremental Lift testing (RCTs/Geo-testing), and Multi-Touch Attribution.

Product thinker with builder mindset; comfortable writing SQL or Python.

Exceptional communicator for technical and C-suite audiences.

Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Math).
Compensation: Base $180,000–$275,000, plus equity and benefits (health, 401(k), PTO, etc.).
