What You'll Do
- Own Ad Creative Copy (Paid, Social, TV): Write scripts and copy for ads across channels—from paid social and UGC to influencer partnerships and TV commercials. Help millions discover Hallow and take their first step into prayer.
- Turn Performance into Creative: Dig into ad performance—what’s working, what’s not—and turn insights into better hooks, scripts, and storytelling. Spot patterns and iterate quickly.
- Write for Real People (and Real Voices): Create scripts for everyday users, UGC creators, influencers, and celebrity partners. Adapt tone and messaging while staying true to Hallow’s voice.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Design, Content, and Partnerships teams to bring campaigns to life—from concept to execution.
- Test, Learn, Repeat: Test new hooks, formats, angles, and messaging. Experiment and see ideas translate into impact.
What We're Looking For

- Experience: Strong experience writing high-performing marketing copy for paid ads, UGC, influencer content, or TV. Specific examples of scripts, videos, commercials, or ads required.

- Creative Range: Write for different formats, audiences, and voices—from short-form social hooks to longer storytelling scripts.
- Speed + Hustle: Move quickly, iterate often in fast-paced environment.

Compensation
$25-50 USD per hour (part-time, contract role, no benefits). Annualized: ~$52,000-$104,000 (×2080). Actual amount depends on experience.
