Market Operations Specialist
Create and curate sports prediction markets in real-time, designing featured bets around live games and storylines while engaging directly with the community on Discord. Requires deep sports knowledge across major leagues and comfort working evenings/weekends during peak sports moments.
Responsibilities
- Create and curate daily featured markets, highlighting the most compelling games and matchups
- Design creative markets tied to major sports storylines (trade deadlines, free agency, coaching changes, player roles)
- Collaborate with marketing to maximize visibility of featured markets
- Make quick, data-driven decisions as games unfold and trading activity shifts
- Engage directly with community on Discord, gather prop requests, answer questions, and bring new markets live quickly
- Monitor sports conversations and trends on social media to ensure markets reflect what fans are talking about
- Work cross-functionally with engineers, product, and support teams to share user feedback and competitive insights
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of major sports leagues: NFL, NCAAF, NBA, NHL, MLB, NCAAB, Soccer, UFC
- Understanding of rhythms, storylines, and key moments that drive fan engagement
- Comfortable working during peak sports moments including evenings and weekends
- Product-oriented thinker with trader's mindset
- Excited to work at intersection of sports, markets, and technology

Compensation & Benefits
- $70k – $90k base salary
