About the role

What you will be working on

  • Assist in administering and management of Crusoe’s corporate travel platform, including system configuration, user support, approval workflows, and reporting
  • Ensure adherence to company travel policies by monitoring, addressing, and providing clear guidance of out-of-policy activity
  • Serve as the point of contact for travel-related questions, escalations, and urgent travel needs when the manager is not available
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, People, and Security to align travel practices with budget controls and duty-of-care standards
  • Manage relationships with travel vendors and key vendors to ensure smooth operations and competitive pricing
  • Track and report on travel spend, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to drive cost efficiency and compliance
  • Establish and track key travel program metrics (policy compliance, savings, adoption rates) and provide regular reporting to leadership
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability as the company grows
  • Communicate accounting information to clients, often with little or no accounting experience, in order to achieve accurate financial accounting and reporting to resolve issues
  • Maintain clear documentation, FAQs, and employee communications related to travel policies and processes

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • 3-5 years of experience managing or administering a corporate travel program
  • Direct experience working within a corporate travel platform (e.g., Navan, Coupa)
  • Experience enforcing travel policies and confidently addressing out-of-policy bookings
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing high-volume bookings and reporting
  • Comfort operating independently while escalating appropriately to leadership
  • Data-oriented mindset with experience tracking spend and identifying savings opportunities
  • Clear, professional communication skills and a customer-service approach balanced with policy accountability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
