Growth Strategy & Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive critical growth projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, and Go-to-Market.
• Develop and enhance growth strategies, funnels and pipelines to meet the needs of strategic customers and market demands.
• Oversee the growth operations, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Present regular progress updates to Scale’s executive team, contributing to the strategic direction of the company.
• Tackle some of the most pressing growth challenges, setting new standards for Scale AI's market presence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience on growth, product, or operations, or as a SWE.
• Prior experience with operations-heavy business models (e.g. on-demand, marketplace, logistics, supply chain)
• Strong technical background (a degree in STEM is ideal, and at minimum the role requires the ability to do data analytics using SQL or Python).
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a robust analytical approach, with the ability to leverage data to inform growth strategies (experience working on operational challenges or as a consultant is a plus).
• An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with navigating ambiguity and scaling new products or services from the ground up.
• Prior experience building with AI tools and workflows - you've tinkered, shipped something, and can quickly pick up new AI tooling as the landscape evolves

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position and may be inclusive of several career levels at Scale; it will be determined during the interview process based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, interview performance, and relevant education or training. Scale employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. For pay transparency purposes, the base salary range for this full-time position in the locations of San Francisco, New York, Seattle is: $180,800—$226,000 USD
