About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end development and execution of recruitment strategies for GTM roles (G&A, Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales)
  • Attract, evaluate, and hire top talent with a focus on quality over quantity
  • Partner closely with departmental leaders and hiring managers to qualify requirements
  • Use data from Ashby to drive recommendations and adjust hiring practices
  • Develop processes focused on the highest quality of hire as the company scales
  • Build and maintain strong talent pools for future growth
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies that differentiate talent pipelines beyond traditional inbound and referrals
  • Conduct Boolean searches, talent mapping, requisition qualification, high volumes of outreach, screening calls, workload prioritization, and root cause analysis of pipelines

Requirements

  • Proven track record as an expert Go-To-Market Recruiter in G&A or Customer Success from within a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience operating with autonomy and leading searches end-to-end
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to optimize workflows while balancing diversity, quality, and volume
  • Demonstrated experience creating innovative sourcing strategies
  • Ability to independently perform Boolean searches, talent mapping, requisition qualification with senior leaders, high volumes of outreach and screening calls, workload prioritization, and root cause analysis
