Fullstack Engineer, External Products

Responsibilities

• Build features across member and provider surfaces, contributing across the full stack.
• Iterate rapidly on experiences for members and providers, evolving early-stage solutions into scalable products.
• Work closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional partners to deliver user-centered experiences.
• Contribute to new product ideas, experiments, and improvements to existing workflows.
• Participate in on-call rotation to triage alerts and maintain application health.

Requirements

• Experience in fast-paced, early-stage environments; comfortable shipping MVPs and making data-driven decisions.
• Strong collaboration with Product teams to shape ideas and deliver features from loose scope to implementation.
• Strong experience with web development, including single-page applications using Vue.js/TypeScript, FastAPI/Python, and Postgres.
• Comfort using an observability stack (e.g., Datadog) to monitor production features and troubleshoot issues.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience contributing to public-facing applications and supporting external users.
• Prior work in healthcare or health tech.
• Experience supporting user-facing applications or internal tools, understanding tradeoffs between external and operational workflows.

Compensation

• Base salary: $153,000–$170,000 (may vary based on level and factors).
