Responsibilities

Partner directly with key technical & strategic counterparts at Addepar's largest enterprise engagements
Build custom data integrations and extend platform capabilities
Work in small teams with minimal supervision to set priorities, lead client interactions, and deliver end-to-end projects
Solve complex technical challenges, explore new technologies, and deliver high-value customer outcomes
Turn field learnings into scalable, repeatable solutions
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to inform design strategy and contribute to core product codebase
Evaluate opportunities, strategic priorities, and commitments to focus on impactful problems

Requirements

2+ years experience as a professional Software Engineer
Proficiency with one or more object-oriented programming language (Java and/or Python preferred) and/or compiled language (Go, Rust, Scala preferred)
Experience building systems with Relational or NoSQL database storage
BS+ in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics or other highly technical field paired with software industry experience
Ability to lead complex projects, relationships and timelines; excels in cross-disciplinary teams

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in one or more strongly typed server side programming language (ex: Java, C++)
Experience with distributed storage & execution frameworks (ex. Arrow, Spark, Flink, Storm)

Compensation

Base salary: $107,000 - $168,000 + bonus + equity + benefits (ranges for Colorado, California, New York)
