About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end administration, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Cloud EPM suite (EPBCS)
  • Design, build, and troubleshoot Essbase ASO/BSO cubes for operational scenario planning
  • Act as technical translator between Finance and Data/IT teams; define requirements for data warehouse (Snowflake) integration with EPM
  • Collaborate with data teams to ingest non-financial KPIs into EPM planning cubes
  • Troubleshoot integration workflows and data discrepancies using SQL and Python
  • Replace static scripts with dynamic logic to optimize performance
  • Utilize EPM Automate with Python or batch scripting for job scheduling
  • Manage lifecycle of 5,000+ operational locations across ERP, CRM, and EPM
  • Develop and maintain dashboards (Tableau, Looker, Hex) for executive decision-making; provide user support and training

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Oracle EPM (EPBCS/Planning) administration and development in high-growth enterprise
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, or related
  • Strong knowledge of data integration tools (EPM Integration Agent, Data Management, EPM Automate)
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for automating financial processes
  • Understanding of cloud data structures for collaboration with Data Engineers
  • Experience bridging technical data architecture and financial insights
  • Partnering with Senior Leadership to translate concepts into IT execution plans
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in fast-paced environment
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for workflow transformation

Compensation

  • Base salary: $120,000 - $130,000 USD annually
