Finance & GTM Systems Administrator
Manages and optimizes Finance & GTM systems like NetSuite and Salesforce, handling configurations, integrations, workflows, and AI initiatives. Partners with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions for Finance and Revenue teams. Requires 5+ years experience with 3+ in NetSuite and Salesforce admin.
Responsibilities
- Own, maintain, and improve our ERP (NetSuite).
- Own and support Finance with related financial systems including Coupa, Pigment, CaptivateIQ, Brex, Docusign, Avalara, and Expensify.
- Act as the Finance systems administrator and technical SME (configurations, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and integrations), ensuring strong governance, internal controls, and data integrity across all finance systems.
- Serve as a Salesforce Administrator and systems partner to Sales and Revenue.
- Partner cross-functionally to scope requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with Finance and Revenue team objectives.
- Lead larger Salesforce automation and process initiatives (e.g., lead-to-close workflows, opportunity management, approvals, and forecasting improvements).
- Manage and optimize system integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, CPQ, and other downstream systems.
- Play an instrumental role in our AI strategy and implementation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business systems, finance systems, or RevOps roles.
- Must have 3+ years of NetSuite experience (solution architect or developer experience strongly preferred).
- Must have Salesforce administration experience, including workflow automation, process design, and system optimization.
- Experience managing and optimizing integrations (e.g., Celigo or similar iPaaS tools).
- Strong Business Analyst mindset—ability to partner closely with stakeholders, deeply understanding business needs, and translating them into scalable, well-architected system solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and guide decision-making.
- Adaptable, with the ability to prioritize multiple competing demands and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience contributing to or supporting AI-driven systems strategy initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPQ and/or RevOps background.
- Strong finance/accounting process knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and solutions-oriented.
- Resourceful, hands-on, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
Compensation
- Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $144,500 - $170,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
- Generous total rewards package that includes base pay, bonus, equity, and benefits.
- Two compensation review cycles per year.
