Hands-on technical lead owning cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation for a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Architect and build production systems using AWS, Terraform, CloudFormation, and Python in a GxP-regulated environment.

Infrastructure as Code
- Own, design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using CloudFormation, Terraform, and custom Python glue
- Architect deployment pipeline infrastructure end-to-end (GitHub Actions, CodeBuild, container image pipelines, code scanning, artifact registries, pre-merge integration environments, promotion gates, automated rollback)
- Instrument pipeline metrics (build time, deployment frequency, change failure rate, MTTR) and eliminate bottlenecks
- Build self-service capabilities so product teams are not blocked by infrastructure
Cloud Engineering
- Deep hands-on AWS experience: Serverless Architecture, EKS/ECS, VPC/networking, IAM, KMS, CloudWatch, Lambda, S3, EC2, Kinesis, Athena, Glue, CloudTrail, CostExplorer
- Apply Well-Architected Framework principles daily
- Databricks experience strongly preferred
DevSecOps
- Embed security into product and pipelines: container image scanning, SAST/DAST integration, secrets management, least-privilege IAM, compliance-as-code
- Work in GxP-regulated environment with auditability and traceability of deployments
Observability and Reliability
- Production monitoring, alerting, log aggregation, and incident response infrastructure
- Support developer teams with blameless postmortem culture
