Fullstack Engineer - Data Platform
Own the infrastructure connecting massive gameplay data pipelines, GPU clusters, storage, and production inference for action and world models. The role requires substantial hard-infrastructure ownership, hands-on coding, and experience taking systems from design through production.

Responsibilities
- Own orchestration and GPU clusters, including scheduling, utilization, and capacity.
- Build preprocessing pipelines that transform large volumes of raw gameplay video into training-ready data.
- Diagnose and optimize disk and network I/O bottlenecks.
- Optimize production inference through batching, quantization, KV caching, and serving runtimes; own latency and cost metrics.
- Manage infrastructure across cloud providers, including infrastructure as code and multi-region deployments.
- Own system design decisions and carry substantial infrastructure systems through production.
- Serve as a technical reference for system designs across General Intuition and Medal.
- Continue writing production code and collaborating directly with the founding team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience going deep on hard infrastructure, or at least 1 year building as a founder, co-founder, or founding engineer after substantial infrastructure experience.
- Demonstrated ownership of substantial systems, including technology selection and production delivery.
- Current hands-on coding experience.
- Experience with orchestration, GPU clusters, data pipelines, storage and I/O, inference systems, and infrastructure reliability.
