About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the legal intake and workflow system, including intake, routing, prioritization, and tracking.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Finance to align legal processes with business operations.
  • Manage relationships with outside counsel, BPOs, and vendors to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Own the legal technology stack, including Ironclad and DocuSign.
  • Facilitate consistent tool adoption, clean integrations, and continuous improvement.
  • Leverage AI to automate workflows and reduce manual work.
  • Partner with Enablement to train go-to-market teams on effectively engaging with Legal.
  • Own and maintain Legal knowledge spaces, keeping hubs organized and information current and easy to find.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in legal operations, program management, paralegal work with in-house experience, or an operations role involving process building and cross-functional coordination.
  • Experience with legal technology, including Ironclad, DocuSign, e-signature, intake, or matter management tools.
  • Comfort evaluating new tools.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous operational problems into clear requirements and scalable solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
  • Deep familiarity with using AI in day-to-day workflows to automate processes and increase leverage.
