What You'll Be Working On

High-Performance Culture & Calibration

  • Design enterprise-wide frameworks for talent calibration and performance management
  • Ensure "last mile" delivery of programs with consistent manager execution

Leadership Excellence & Manager Coaching

  • Partner with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness
  • Coach managers on leading diverse technical, industrial, and global teams

Organizational Architecture & Design

  • Lead strategic workforce planning and organizational design
  • Manage change management during rapid global scaling

Talent Identification & 9-Box Implementation

  • Direct methodology for high-potential performers
  • Implement and oversee 9-Box Talent Matrix for leadership reviews

Strategic Retention & Engagement

  • Create data-driven retention and engagement programs
  • Analyze metrics to reduce turnover and maximize employee lifetime value

Employee Experience & Growth Advocacy

  • Champion end-to-end employee experience
  • Build growth pathways and mobility programs

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • 15+ years of experience in HR leadership, with at least 8 years leading teams in high-growth, global tech or industrial companies
  • Experience building programs and processes from 0-1 and navigating growth stages (e.g., 500 to 2,500+ employees)
  • Industry depth managing software engineers, data center technicians, and construction/unionized labor
  • Commercial & technical mindset with technoeconomic modeling, data analytics, HRIS/BI tools
  • High-intensity leadership in high-trust, high-accountability environments
  • Elite communication for decision-grade memos
  • Global perspective on international labor markets
  • 15+ years in HRBP, Employee Relations, or People Operations leadership
  • Expertise in compensation design, succession planning, workforce analytics
  • Ability to travel 40-50%

Compensation Range

Up to $225,000 - $265,000 + Bonus + Restricted Stock Units
