About the role
What You Will be Doing
Work in a team responsible for imaging OPSWAT hardware according to customer orders and standard operating procedures.
Perform Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) testing to ensure all hardware meets OPSWAT's high standards.
Create and help troubleshoot any software issues discovered during the fulfillment process.
Oversee the packing and preparation of hardware for shipment.
Update internal technical knowledge and assist in maintaining a design library.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Monitor processes for efficiency and suggest improvements where necessary.
Ensure all fulfillment activities are documented accurately.
Resolve any issues related to hardware fulfillment promptly.
What We Need from You
Strong knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, Linux).
Knowledge of individual hardware components.
Understanding of hardware imaging and QA/QC processes.
