Level Designer
Designs engaging tactics missions using Unity and in-house tools, including enemies, terrain, and objectives. Collaborates with team, playtests content, and contributes to tooling with C# skills. Requires proven game content creation and shipped game experience.

Responsibilities
- Use in-house level design tools in Unity to create fun tactics missions.
- Design enemies, terrain effects, and mission objectives.
- Playtest missions and iteratively improve them.
- Collaborate with game designers, artists, and engineers.
- Help engineers improve level design tooling.
- Maintain knowledge of all level content in the game.
Requirements
- Deep passion for tactics games and self-motivation to create missions long-term.
- Proven ability to make fun game content (show portfolio).
- Some programming skill, preferably C#/Unity for tooling and content scripts.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
- Shipped a game start to finish.
