- Comfortable across the stack (TypeScript, Node.js, React) and debugging production systems
- Strong product sense, with a focus on building intuitive, reliable systems
- Ownership mindset: you drive projects end-to-end and iterate quickly from real usage
- Enjoy following SOTA research into new models and agent architectures
- Comfortable building products that live at the intersection of AI and ML
