Business Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy automation-driven systems supporting structured product workflows and Business Execution diligence efforts.
• Identify repetitive tasks across deal evaluation, due diligence, internal handoffs, and compliance, and replace them with scalable automation.
• Build reliable service-delivery infrastructure across GTM tools such as HubSpot, Omni, and internal systems for commercial, marketing, and PDE teams.
• Develop scoped MVPs using off-the-shelf tools and iterate toward operational excellence.
• Use AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate internal processes and improve customer-facing systems.
• Partner with Commercial, Growth, Product, and Engineering to ensure systems are robust, aligned with business needs, and adopted.
• Establish analytics and reporting systems to track performance, identify opportunities, and drive improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business operations, strategic operations, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, finance, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment.
• Experience partnering with investment, finance, or transaction teams and understanding investment evaluation, due diligence, compliance, or complex transaction workflows.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across business, finance, product, engineering, and operations.
• Track record of solving ambiguous, high-impact business problems by identifying root causes, prioritizing opportunities, and designing scalable processes and systems.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environment.
• Experience applying AI, automation, or modern technology tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, or support business decisions.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base compensation: $150,000–$200,000, depending on leveling and years of experience; equity is not included.
