Responsibilities
- Prepare initial drafts of LP transfer documents, including transfer agreements, consents, and subscription agreements.
- Liaise with transfer parties regarding processes and timelines, and assist with execution workflows.
- Work closely with lawyers and senior paralegals to deliver high-quality client service across fast-moving, high-volume matters.
- Build commercial and legal expertise over time, with opportunities to take ownership of client accounts and progress toward qualification as a practicing legal professional.
Requirements

- Organized and efficient, able to prioritize, manage competing deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise advice.

Preferred Qualifications
- Undergraduate law degree or equivalent preferred.
- GDL welcome.
- Prior exposure to LP transfer processes is a plus but not required.
