Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure reference architectures for enterprise AI platforms, ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and resilience against evolving AI threats.
- Establish a framework for AI vetting and drive the cultural and policy changes needed to institutionalize it across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop the long-term roadmap for agentic AI identity and posture management.
- Maintain and improve enterprise security posture through high-quality code and infrastructure management using infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Mentor junior engineers and advise leadership on the evolving AI security landscape.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in security engineering or infrastructure security.
- 2+ years of experience leading teams in a technical or staff engineering capacity at an enterprise.
- Expertise in cloud security, including AWS and Google Cloud.
- Experience with container security and Kubernetes.
- Proven ability to design and deploy complex security systems at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex AI security risks to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building, deploying, and reviewing automation for complex security workflows.
- Experience with AI-driven and traditional automation tools.
Compensation and Benefits
- Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont, or Washington, D.C.: $155,520–$194,400.
- New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California outside the San Francisco Bay Area: $164,640–$205,800.
- San Francisco Bay Area, California: $182,960–$228,700.
- May be eligible for equity and a corporate bonus plan.
