- Lead the team in roadmapping and executing development of significant features and products

- Improve the pace of execution of the team through leadership and technical expertise
- Grow the team by identifying needs, evaluating candidates, and hiring high-impact team members
- Up-level the team on reliability, resulting in fewer incidents and strong incident management hygiene
- Foster growth of team members and ensure strong engagement and motivation
Technical Focus Areas
- Data Warehouse Performance: optimizing queries, storing pre-computed state, warehouse-specific improvements
- Analytics and Experimentation: building segments, audience experimentation, performance tracking
- Real-time Audience Syncing: real-time audience computation and syncing using CDC and similar technologies
- Generative AI: enhancing user workflows for acting on data
