- Product Development: Lead the team in roadmapping and executing successful development of significant features and products. Uphold a high technical bar while making pragmatic tradeoffs.

- Recruiting: Grow the team by identifying needs, deciding how to evaluate candidates, and ensuring high-impact hires.
- Reliability: Up-level the team on reliability, resulting in fewer incidents, catching issues before customers do, and strong incident management hygiene.
- People: Foster growth of team members and ensure strong engagement and motivation.
Problems You'll Work On
- Content Generation: Combine foundation models with rich customer context, brand guidelines, and historical campaign performance, plus human review, to make generated content more useful, trustworthy, and production-ready.
- Context Management: Build systems that ingest, organize, and retrieve structured customer business context (data, brand, campaigns, content, goals) so agents can reason well and improve over time.
- Insights: Build systems that generate insights into creative fatigue, performance, and competitors, and how to act on them.
- Orchestration: Build systems that integrate with ad and lifecycle platforms, orchestrate campaign setup and delivery, and make it easy to launch and manage campaigns reliably across channels.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $220,000 - $400,000 USD per year (location independent)
- Meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options
