Enablement Content Developer - Multimedia & AI Production
Produce and edit technical product videos, AI-generated content, and graphics for cloud security enablement. Requires 2+ years multimedia production experience plus 3+ years cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes expertise.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Media & AI Production
- Produce, record, and edit technical product walkthroughs, screencasts, and explainer videos
- Leverage Synthesia to rapidly generate and scale AI-avatar videos for product updates
- Create supporting visual assets, infographics, and job aids that simplify complex cloud security concepts
The Execution Engine
- Turn architectural blueprints from the Technical Enablement Programs team into reality
- Equip Technical Enablement Delivery & Operations team with high-quality training materials
Quality Assurance & Media Readiness
- Rigorously test all visual assets for UX and branding compliance before publishing
- Ensure seamless integration and rendering within platforms
Agile Maintenance
- Quickly update Synthesia scripts and replace outdated video clips to keep pace with product release cycles
- Maintain organized library of raw media and project source files
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in multimedia production, instructional media, or similar execution-focused role
- Strong multimedia editing skills with proficiency in screencasting and video editing tools (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Graphic design basics (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva)
- Experience with AI video generation platforms (Synthesia, Descript)
- Expertise in rapid authoring tools, specifically Articulate 360 suite (Rise, Storyline)
- Keen eye for visual design, typography, and layout with portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, engaging digital content
- 3+ years of hands-on experience deploying and maintaining AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure
- Direct experience configuring and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters and virtualized environments
- Practical experience managing hybrid-cloud identity, security protocols, and monitoring/logging pipelines
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working with SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity product content
- Animation skills (Vyond, After Effects) or professional voiceover experience
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (Skilljar, Intellum) and digital credential management (Credly, Accredible)
- Experience using Gemini Pro as an enablement development tool and Gemini Gems for development pipeline automation

Deliver standardized qualification training and evaluations for Shield AI UAS operators and maintenance technicians. Enforce training standards, maintain qualification oversight, and support operational readiness in classroom, simulator, and field environments.
Staff Instructional Design Multimedia Specialist (R4810)
Creates video, multimedia, and visual assets for training on autonomous systems, translating complex technical concepts into engaging LMS and in-person experiences. Collaborates with engineers and SMEs to ensure accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment.
Senior Documentation Engineer
Creates and maintains high-quality technical documentation for ClickHouse database features, partnering with engineering teams and engaging GitHub community. Requires experience with databases/SQL and strong writing skills; scripting/web tech a plus.
