DevOps Engineer

What you'll be doing

• Own and evolve DevOps and platform engineering: build/deployment pipelines, monitoring, infrastructure as code, cost optimization.
• Design and maintain secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines for rapid iterations.
• Improve observability via Datadog, GCP, and custom dashboards, including FinOps.
• Implement FinOps governance with showback/chargeback models.
• Enable developer productivity with internal tooling and reusable modules.
• Define and measure SLOs for system health.
• Serve as FinOps thought leader, collaborating on cost-effective architecture.
• Shape engineering culture, DevOps practices, and roadmap.
• Work cross-functionally with product, security, finance teams.

What you'll need

• 6+ years in DevOps, SRE, or software engineering, ideally in startups.
• Proficiency in Python or Go.
• Ownership of production infrastructure, debugging distributed systems.
• Secure infrastructure experience in regulated environments.
• Deep Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Helm, Terraform experience.
• GCP familiarity, cloud cost management.
• FinOps tooling (e.g., Kubecost, GCP Cloud Billing).
• CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling.
• Observability (Prometheus, Datadog), on-call rotation.
• FedRAMP certification a plus.
