About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand users and workflows within PACE and other value-based care centers to build products.
  • Develop and execute product strategies leveraging data to drive innovation and user satisfaction.
  • Develop goals and KPIs to measure team impact and iterate on launches.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement products and features for value-based care outcomes.
  • Engage with leadership to align roadmaps and strategies with company goals.
  • Develop high-quality documentation and artifacts for cross-functional clarity.
  • Work with customer success, sales, engineering, and design to meet market needs and regulatory standards.
  • Lead product lifecycle from conception to launch, including requirements gathering, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management.
  • Stay abreast of healthcare technology trends to keep products competitive.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, with significant portion in healthcare, preferably in a startup.
  • Ability to interface directly with customers and work in ambiguous product development.
  • Proven experience working with clinical teams to build products.
  • Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Compensation

  • Salary range: $140K-$165K (ideal candidate near midpoint, based on experience, skills, and needs).
