What You’ll Be Doing
Own and drive end-to-end go-to-market strategy and product launches, using launches as a core lever for brand growth and pipeline generation
Partner deeply with Product and Engineering to translate roadmap into clear, actionable GTM plans and ensure early-stage readiness
Lead structured, high-quality launch execution with strong cross-functional alignment, clear timelines, and accountability across all workstreams
Translate complex technical capabilities (APIs, signals, device intelligence) into clear, accurate, and compelling narratives for both technical and business audiences
Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels, including website content, sales collateral, and thought leadership pieces
Build and scale competitive intelligence and market insight frameworks to inform strategy, positioning, and differentiation
Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights on product usage and providing feedback to the product team
Enable sales with clear narratives and high-impact assets that support complex enterprise deal cycles
What We’re Looking For
6–10 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS
Proven track record of owning and executing successful product launches
Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive product input, positioning, messaging, packaging, and go-to-market strategy for Greenhouse's core platform and new offerings. Partner closely with Product on launches, build GTM plans and enablement, run campaigns, and use customer insights to influence roadmap while turning complex AI and integration concepts into compelling stories.
