Developer Relations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with market makers, liquidity providers, trading firms, and B2B/embedded partners integrating Novig's APIs.
• Sit between partners and the engineering team; field technical questions to prevent translation issues.
• Write code to replicate, validate, and resolve any API issues reported by partners.
• Provide high-touch technical support and own the full partner experience from initial conversations through ongoing integration and support.
• Ship PRs and hotfixes directly in the codebase.
• Help scale partner support processes while maintaining high responsiveness as the platform grows.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with prediction market APIs (setting up an RFQ pricer is a plus).
• Fluency in limit orders, order types, and ability to discuss these topics confidently with liquidity providers.
• Experience building your own bots or tools.
• Strong interest in prediction markets and sports trading.
• Plugged into relevant communities (Discord, Telegram, etc.).
