About the role
Responsibilities
Own the technical relationship with market makers, liquidity providers, trading firms, and B2B/embedded partners integrating Novig's APIs.
Sit between partners and the engineering team; field technical questions to prevent translation issues.
Write code to replicate, validate, and resolve any API issues reported by partners.
Provide high-touch technical support and own the full partner experience from initial conversations through ongoing integration and support.
Ship PRs and hotfixes directly in the codebase.
Help scale partner support processes while maintaining high responsiveness as the platform grows.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with prediction market APIs (setting up an RFQ pricer is a plus).
Fluency in limit orders, order types, and ability to discuss these topics confidently with liquidity providers.
Experience building your own bots or tools.
Strong interest in prediction markets and sports trading.
Plugged into relevant communities (Discord, Telegram, etc.).
