About the role
What you'll do
Write authoritative deep-dive blog posts on hard problems (latency, stateful serverless, sandboxing, enterprise agent architecture, benchmarks). Interview engineers to ensure technical accuracy.
Own the documentation: keep it accurate, clear, and up-to-date with all product changes.
Ship integration guides, tutorials, and runnable code examples that developers can clone and run in minutes.
Run and grow the Discord community and beyond: answer technical questions, turn users into advocates, and route feedback to product and content teams.
Represent Blaxel at events: speak, attend meetups, and run community events to attract the right developers.
Set up AI-powered systems and automation to scale content creation.
Measure content and channels that drive signups and adoption; iterate by doubling down on what works.
Who you are
Builder first: able to read code, dig into unfamiliar parts of the codebase (with AI assistance), build working examples, and explain them clearly. This is non-negotiable.
Super autonomous: proactively find experts, ask sharp questions, and figure things out without hand-holding.
Excellent technical writer: simplify complex topics into clear, engaging, accurate content that respects developers' intelligence.
Fluent in the stack: knowledge of AI infra, containers, sandboxes, VMs, tradeoffs between major clouds and neoclouds. Strong curiosity about AI and the ecosystem.
AI-native: use AI as a multiplier on top of real technical understanding; wire up automation for repetitive tasks.
Comfortable on stage and in community threads: enjoy engaging in Discord, conferences, or viral technical discussions.
Nice-to-haves
Experience with AI infrastructure, containers, sandboxes, VMs, and cloud tradeoffs.
Prior experience building or scaling developer communities.
Track record of creating technical content that drives adoption.
Own developer experience and community growth for Mem0's open-source memory layer for AI agents. Create technical content, build integrations and demos, engage the 150k+ developer community on GitHub/Discord, gather feedback for the product roadmap, and represent the company at events.
