QA Engineer
Early-career QA Engineer who will establish the QA process, test product features and user experiences, and own automated end-to-end testing. The role requires technical debugging ability, strong product judgment, and a willingness to build quality practices from scratch.

Responsibilities
- Test new features and bug fixes across the product, including happy paths, edge cases, regressions, and UI/UX quality.
- Build automated tests for repetitive testing tasks.
- Own, maintain, and expand the automated end-to-end test suite.
- Reproduce customer and internal bug reports and document them clearly for engineering.
- Advocate for product quality and determine when features are not ready to ship.
- Build the QA process from scratch as the first dedicated QA hire.
Requirements
- Experience building or testing software through QA, software engineering, solutions/FDE, or a similar background.
- Technical ability to inspect logs, HTTP requests, and browser behavior.
- Strong user empathy, product judgment, and communication skills.
- Technical background, with a degree in computer science or engineering preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Significant overlap with North American working hours.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or similar end-to-end testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and running tests in them.
- Exposure to voice, telephony, or real-time systems.
