Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the payment service automated test framework.
- Leverage the existing kiosk automated test framework to improve test coverage.
- Participate in designing and architecting test frameworks.
- Conduct occasional manual testing of the payment service.
- Write readable, maintainable, well-tested code.
- Explain technical trade-offs in design decisions.
- Unblock, support, communicate effectively, and gain cross-team buy-in to achieve results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2+ years of engineering experience as an automated test developer or in a related role.
- Python experience.
- pytest experience.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and working proficiency in French.
Nice to Have
- Java experience.
- Experience with payment services and payment gateway providers.
- RESTful API experience.
- Relational databases and SQL.
- Elasticsearch.
- Embedded systems.
Compensation
- CAD $72,000–$90,000 annual base pay.
- Equity, bonus, and benefits may also be available.
