Responsibilities
- Support infrastructure that development teams use to own and operate their services.
- Guide technical decision-making and adoption of user-centric solutions.
- Create Claude skills and design agentic workflows that improve developer productivity.
- Guide team members and promote engineering standard methodologies, with a focus on usability and maintainability.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for efficient and cohesive platform delivery.
- Write proposals and decision briefs for new policies, processes, and platform functionality.
- Create new platform features with a meaningful value proposition.
- Resolve unclear but urgent tasks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in at least one of Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or DevOps.
- Proven technical leadership experience.
- Expertise in several of the following: ArgoCD, Grafana, Kubernetes, GitHub, Terraform, Helm, Backstage, and cloud cost optimization.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Go.
- Strong expertise in cloud-native technologies; GCP preferred and AWS acceptable.
- Excellent communication skills for aligning technology with user needs and organizational goals.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguity.
- Curiosity and interest in learning new things.

- Experience with distributed systems architecture and design.
